Novo balanço divulgado pelo Ministério da Saúde às 16h20 desta quinta-feira (12) aponta que o Brasil tem 77 casos confirmados de novo coronavírus. Com mais registros, o estado de São Paulo tem 42 pacientes infectados pelo novo coronavírus (Sars-Cov-2), agente causador da doença Covid-19.

Os principais dados do balanço são:

77 casos confirmados, eram 52 casos na quarta-feira

1.427 casos suspeitos

1.156 descartados

No novo balanço, pela primeira vez aparecem casos confirmados em Pernambuco e no Paraná.

Crescimento de vendas no Natal é o maior desde 2014, diz associação dos lojistas de shoppings

As vendas no Natal subiram 9,5% em termos nominais, sobre 2018, segundo informou a Alshop, associação dos lojistas de shopping centers, nesta quinta-feira (26). É o melhor desempenho desde 2014, início da crise econômica, a pior da história do país, que afetou duramente as vendas do varejo até 2018.

"Tem que festejar porque o Natal foi bastante positivo. E a expectativa é que até o dia 31 esse ritmo mais forte se mantenha por causa das vendas pré-réveillon e do período de trocas de produtos", disse Nabil Sahyoun, presidente da Alshop.

A retomada da geração de empregos neste ano, a liberação do saldo do FGTS, a queda da taxa de juros da economia especialmente ao longo de 2019 e a redução da inflação explicam o desempenho do fim do ano, diz Sahyoun.

Inscrições para o Prouni começam dia 28 de janeiro

As inscrições para o Programa Universidade para Todos (Prouni) no primeiro semestre de 2020 já têm data marcada. Estudantes de todo o país poderão começar a se inscrever no dia 28 de janeiro. O prazo vai até as 23h59 de 31 de janeiro.

As informações sobre o calendário do programa foram publicadas no Diário Oficial da União nesta segunda-feira (23), em edital do Mistério da Educação. Os interessados podem se inscrever no portal do Prouni.

O ProUni oferta bolsas de estudo integrais (100%) ou de 50% a estudantes de cursos de graduação e de cursos sequenciais de formação específica, em instituições privadas de educação superior. O programa tem dois critérios de avaliação: desempenho no Exame Nacional do Ensino Médio (Enem) e renda.

Banco do Brasil isentará clientes de tarifa do cheque especial em 2020

Os correntistas do Banco do Brasil (BB) não pagarão a tarifa sobre o cheque especial que entrará em vigor em junho do próximo ano. Em nota oficial, a instituição financeira informou que optou pela isenção para os atuais e os novos clientes ao longo de 2020.

Segundo o BB, a medida tem como objetivo fortalecer a relação com os clientes. "A isenção da tarifa no cheque especial demonstra proporcionar a melhor experiência para nossos clientes está no centro da nossa estratégia. A medida demonstra que buscamos cada vez mais aliar a oferta de produtos e serviços de qualidade, com a definição de preços e taxas ainda mais competitivos", disse o presidente do banco, Rubem Novaes, em nota.

Em novembro, o Conselho Monetário Nacional (CMN) limitou os juros do cheque especial a 8% ao mês, o equivalente a 151,8% ao ano. Atualmente, a taxa está em 12,4% ao mês, o equivalente a 305,9% ao ano.

O teto dos juros entrará em vigor em 6 de janeiro. Para financiar em parte a queda da taxa, o CMN autorizou as instituições financeiras a cobrar, a partir de 1º de junho do próximo ano, tarifa de quem tem limite do cheque especial maior que R$ 500 por mês. Equivalente a 0,25% do limite que exceder R$ 500, a tarifa será descontada do valor devido em juros do cheque especial.

Mega da Virada 2019: Começam as apostas e prêmio pode chegar a R$ 300 milhões

As apostas para a Mega-Sena da Virada começaram a ser registradas nesta segunda-feira (11) e o prêmio estimado é de R$ 300 milhões para quem acertar as seis dezenas, segundo a Caixa Econômica Federal. O sorteio será realizado no dia 31 de dezembro de 2019.

Como ocorre em todos os concursos especiais, o prêmio da Mega-Sena da Virada não acumula. Caso ninguém acerte os seis números, o prêmio será dividido entre os apostadores que acertarem cinco dezenas, e assim por diante. Em 2018, o valor estimado era de R$ 200 milhões, no dia do sorteio chegou a R$ 302,5 milhões e 52 apostas dividiram o prêmio.

As apostas para a Mega da Virada custam o mesmo valor da Mega-Sena regular, R$ 4,50, e podem ser feitas com os volantes específicos do concurso da Virada.
