Secretário de Agricultura, Dudu Medeiros, entra com processo de calúnia e difamação após vídeo gravado com acusações inverídicas sobre sua conduta

O secretário de Agricultura de Santa Cruz, Dudu Medeiros, entrou com ação judicial alegando calúnia e difamação contra o Sr. José Avelino da Silva, conhecido como Zé Amaro.

A ação foi motivada por um vídeo postado nas redes sociais em que o acusado está ao lado do vereador Gean Paraibano afirmando que o secretário de Agricultura teria retirado todos os equipamentos do Parque de Vaquejada do município, que é público, como porteiras, refletores, fios e outros equipamentos e estaria usufruindo do material em sua propriedade.

O vídeo foi gravado e postado nas redes sociais sem o acusado apresentar provas contra o secretário de Agricultura.

Com base nas acusados, se sentindo injustiçado e destacando que as afirmações são inverídicas, o secretário Dudu Medeiros, entrou com ação judicial contra o Sr. José Avelino da Silva.

Em suas redes sociais, Dudu Medeiros ainda postou uma nota de repúdio pelas acusações. Veja a nota na íntegra:

NOTA DE REPÚDIO

Venho a público, na qualidade de Cidadão Santa-cruzense, bem como na qualidade de atual Secretário de Agricultura do Município de Santa Cruz, manifestar repúdio aos ataques com notícias falsas envolvendo meu nome com supostos crimes contra o patrimônio público.

A publicação feita no Facebook e WhatApp durante todo o mês de julho de 2020, além de absurda, desrespeitosa e mentirosa, fere a minha honra e a integridade moral da minha família e dos meus filhos, injustamente expostos. Esta situação os afeta enquanto cidadãos e causa-lhes transtornos irreparáveis.

Esclareça-se, que já há muitos dias o autor vem enfrentando e suportando um arsenal de falácias e inverdades, produzidas por um grupo de militantes partidários de oposição, que via de regra produzem conteúdo classificado como "fake News" que tem um claro objetivo, a obtenção de ganhos políticos ou econômicos de forma covarde e sem nenhuma prova.

Ressalta-se, que a prática perpetrada pelos que se dizem "fiscais do município" é um desserviço não somente contra minha pessoa, mas, sobretudo, um desserviço consciente e doloso contra a sociedade em geral.

Os fatos vinculados ao meu nome, já foram encaminhados as autoridades POLICIAIS, CÍVEIS e CRIMINAIS, os responsáveis pelos crimes contra mim praticados, já estão sendo processados e serão condenados, como já foram em outros processos do mesmo gênero.
