Equipe de profissionais do Huab implanta novas formas de atendimento aos seus usuários infantis

Serviço de Assistência Especializada Infantil (SAE infantil), foi implantado a partir da necessidade de descentralização do atendimento do estado do Rio Grande do Norte. Sua operacionalização teve como base uma política de assistência voltada para o bem-estar, a humanização e a qualidade de vida do usuário, perfil pertinente ao serviço do Hospital Universitário Ana Bezerra. A implantação do serviço permitiu garantir a ampliação do processo de descentralização da atenção, oportunizando resolutividade, equidade e integralidade da assistência que antes era realizada exclusivamente no Hospital Giselda Trigueiro, em Natal.

O SAE tem função de suporte ambulatorial, assegura a assistência durante o período de melhora clínica dos pacientes, orienta-os e direciona-os, segundo as necessidades, a outros serviços. Também incentiva a adesão ao tratamento e a aceitação dos familiares à nova condição de ter uma criança ou adolescente com risco de transmissão vertical, portador do vírus HIV ou de outras doenças infecciosas perinatais. Como cidade polo, Santa Cruz, é também referência para as Unidades de Saúde da Família de Municípios vizinhos, além de outras localidades, e pode atender a demanda espontânea de outros serviços ou da própria unidade que vem ao serviço em busca de atendimento e acompanhamento.

O Serviço é integrado por uma equipe multidisciplinar que atua de diversas formas e níveis de cuidados peculiares a cada área, servindo também para capacitação da equipe de residência multiprofissional e de pediatria e de campo de estágio para graduação da Escola Multicampi de Ciências Médicas do RN. Os profissionais integrados são: médico pediatra com capacitação e experiência em infectologia, enfermeira, psicólogo, assistente social, nutricionista e farmacêutica.

Diante da evolução da pandemia do COVID19, o hospital foi obrigado a suspender todos os ambulatórios de forma a centrar esforços no combate a pandemia e a proteção dos usuários, evitando o risco de exposição mediante aglomeração e deslocamento. Encontrar soluções para dar continuidade ao SAE infantil foi uma das prioridades do serviço devido as consequências em função do lapso de tempo entre as consultas. O que fez criar um protocolo de atendimento voltado para a tele consulta e desenvolver tecnologia própria para manter a assistência aos usuários atendidos no serviço.

O público alvo são crianças encaminhadas pelos profissionais e residentes do HUAB. Crianças advindas do alojamento conjunto ou pediatria. Onde foi detectado algum tipo de patologia que necessite de acompanhamento pediátrico e por infectologista.

Isto se aplica justamente nos casos de crianças já atendidas no Huab ou que nasceram aqui e que precisaram de acompanhamento, como por exemplo, casos de criança portadora de HIV, toxoplasmose, rubéola, dengue, Chikungunya, Zika etc.

O residente é quem encaminha essa criança para o pediatra ou infectologista E o NIR (regulação) agenda e temos a marcação desse paciente através da recepção, que liga para essa mãe fazendo umas perguntas no check list. Também busca-se saber se a mãe possui um smartphone, para o dia da consulta agendada e um celular com câmera. Ela dando o OK o ambulatório agenda a consulta e na data e hora agendados, entra em contato com a mãe via whatsapp e passa o link de acesso para a sala de consulta virtual, onde o médico já está aguardando. É reservado uma hora para cada paciente.

Para a tele consulta existe a certificação digital, o respaldo legal e ético. Ao final da Consulta o médico encaminha a solicitação de exames caso necessário, prescrição médica, laudos, atestados, declarações.
